Libby is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional with over 10 years’ experience in the property and construction industry in development management, project management and building services engineering consultancy. She has undertaken challenging and complex property and construction projects and has worked in a range of project fields across Australia including retail, residential, commercial and healthcare.

Libby graduated from the University of Western Australia (UWA) in 2002 with a Bachelor of Engineering and worked as a consulting engineer in Perth and Melbourne for five years before moving into project and construction management in Sydney. In 2008 Libby completed a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA enabling her to fully transition into property development.

Libby currently works as a development manager for a property developer in Sydney leading various residential and mixed use developments in both Sydney and Melbourne. Libby has a keen interest in NFP board governance and strategy and recently graduated from the Foundations of Directorship Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) in Sydney.

Outside of her career in property, Libby has a passion for the arts and is a regular attendee at the ballet, Sydney Dance Company, STC and Art Gallery of NSW with her husband and three children.
