The Ausdance network is a federated association of separately funded state/territory organisations with their own priorities and programs.

Ausdance ACT

Ausdance ACT provides a voice for dance in the ACT. Our mission is to provide high quality dance programs, from across all genres, which engage and inspire dance makers, performers, audiences, and other participants in the ACT.

Ausdance NSW

We are the main support and advocacy body for dance in NSW. We are committed to raising the profile of local companies and artists, both nationally and internationally.

Ausdance Qld

Ausdance Queensland was established in 1978 and provides professional advocacy and industry development for Queensland dance through strong local, regional, national and international networks.

We work to bring recognition to the many roles that dance plays in the cultural life of Queensland and to maximise opportunities for practitioners.

Ausdance SA

We provide resources, advice, advocacy, education and professional development for dance artists, practitioners and enthusiasts throughout the state.

Ausdance VIC

Ausdance VIC is the peak body for dance in Victoria, leading dance in the State. A membership-based organisation, Ausdance VIC provides a platform for the dance sector to be heard, and creates an environment in which dance can thrive. Find out more.

Ausdance WA

Ausdance WA is a not-for-profit, membership-based service and advocacy organisation for dance in Western Australia.

Our programs are designed to build the capacity and development of the industry – for dance artists, for teachers in schools, in studios and community cultural and recreational contexts, and dance companies and organisations across the state – to ensure the best possible experience of dance for all Western Australians.

Australia Council for the Arts

This is the Australian Government’s arts funding and advisory body, supporting and enriching Australia’s arts through funding, strengthening and developing the arts sector.

Australian Alliance for Wellness in Entertainment

The Australian Alliance for Wellness in Entertainment (AAWE) is an Entertainment Assist cross-sector peer-to-peer initiative for shared interest in positive mental health and wellbeing behaviours for a sustainable Australian entertainment industry. AAWE will be implemented in collaboration with founding members.

Australian College of Physical Education is Australia’s leading provider of specialist undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the related disciplines of sport, dance and physical education.

Australian Copyright Council

The Australian Copyright Council is an independent non-profit organisation that supports a creative Australia by promoting the benefit of copyright for the common good. They represent the peak bodies for professional artists and content creators working in Australia’s creative industries and Australia’s major copyright collecting societies.

ADT is one of Australia's pre-eminent contemporary dance company with an increasingly high profile throughout Europe.
